It is a containerized mobile and scalable carbonization plant that processes feedstock through dry distillation and pyrolysis, the carbon and hydrogen elements are converted into mixed combustible gases with high calorific value. Mr. Steve Gruhn will assume responsibilities immediately as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Peter Bendorf will continue as Chief Operations Officer, Ms Olive Daniell is appointed as Chief Financial Officer/Secretary and Mr. Robert Daniell assumes responsibilities as Chief Marketing Officer / Business Development.

XLII's continues to grow. The Stockholders of XLII thank Bob Daniell for his leadership over the past year and one half leading the company from October 2022 through very tumultuous times. Today, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Stever Gruhn to lead XLII during its next growth stage. Steve is a farmer from the roots up and has tremendous business experience in the area of soil health regeneration and bio-tech product applications.

XLII took possession of its first 2023 BOBCAT Fleet of Tractors specifically designed to directly load biochar into bulk and supersac configurations. We have modified the design to dramatically improved the efficiency and packaging of biochar products.
